By using our website and booking our services you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide residential trash bin cleaning and sanitization in Pearland, TX and surrounding areas. Service availability depends on your location. A travel fee may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

Booking and Payment

Bookings and payments are handled through our third party payment processor. Pricing for one time cleans and subscription plans is shown at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change.

Service Access

You are responsible for ensuring your bins are accessible and emptied on the day of service. Bins should be placed in an accessible location. If we cannot access your bins at the scheduled time we may need to reschedule.

Memberships and Recurring Plans

If you sign up for a recurring service plan you will be contacted one week prior to your scheduled service to confirm your appointment and make payment. You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us. Cancellation terms are provided at the time of signup.

Service Results

We use professional equipment and sanitizing methods to clean and deodorize your bins. Results depend on the condition of the bin. Severe staining or damage that existed before service may not be fully removable.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fresh by Mart is not liable for pre-existing damage to bins or conditions not caused by our services. Any concerns about a cleaning must be reported to us within a reasonable time so we can address them.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our website and services means you accept the updated terms.
